hudi-hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/common/bootstrap/index/hfile/HBaseHFileBootstrapIndexReader.java
hudi-hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/common/bootstrap/index/hfile/HBaseHFileBootstrapIndexWriter.java
and hudi-hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/common/bootstrap/index/HFileBootstrapIndex.java
Also moved SeekableByteArrayInputStream from
hudi-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/io/storage/HoodieAvroHFileReaderImplBase.java
